Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by Tech Savvy Agent AI LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”), an affiliate of Producer Boost Marketing LLC. Tech Savvy Agent AI LLC is the operator of Tech Savvy Insurance Agents and the ArchiOS platform. For Meta Platform integration purposes, Producer Boost Marketing LLC serves as the verified business entity. By accessing the Service you agree to these Terms.

/ 01Eligibility.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

/ 02Account registration.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

/ 03Use of the Service.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service to send spam, unauthorized communications, or violate TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or similar laws
• Use the Service to violate Meta's Platform Terms, Advertising Policies, or any third-party platform terms
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

/ 04Third-party integrations.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Meta, Google, GoHighLevel, AgencyBloc, and others). Your use of these integrations is governed by the terms of those platforms. We are not responsible for third-party platforms' availability, accuracy, or actions.

/ 05Content and data.

You retain ownership of all data and content you provide to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to use Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy and legality of Your Content
• Obtaining all necessary consents and rights to share Your Content
• Compliance with privacy and data protection laws applicable to your business

/ 06Insurance and compliance.

If you use the Service in connection with insurance sales, you are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including HIPAA, CMS Medicare Marketing Guidelines, state insurance laws, and TCPA. The Service is a tool — you remain the licensed agent of record and bear all professional and regulatory responsibility.

/ 07Fees and payment.

If the Service includes paid features, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise.

/ 08Intellectual property.

The Service, including all software, designs, text, and trademarks, is the property of Tech Savvy Agent AI LLC (or its licensors, including Producer Boost Marketing LLC where applicable) and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

/ 09Termination.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

/ 10Disclaimer of warranties.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

/ 11Limitation of liability.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TECH SAVVY AGENT AI LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

/ 12Indemnification.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Producer Boost Marketing LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

/ 13Governing law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.

/ 14Changes to these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
