Data Deletion.

Tech Savvy Agent AI LLC (operator of Tech Savvy Insurance Agents and the ArchiOS platform, an affiliate of Producer Boost Marketing LLC) respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of your data from our systems.

/ 01What data we may hold.

When you connect your Meta (Facebook/Instagram) account to our Service, we may store:

• Your Meta user ID and profile information you authorized
• Connected Page, ad account, and business asset data
• Performance metrics and engagement data
• Lead form submissions you authorized us to access
• Configuration and integration settings

/ 02Three ways to request deletion.

Option A — Self-service inside the app

1. Log in to your Tech Savvy / ArchiOS account
2. Go to Settings → Connected Accounts
3. Click Disconnect next to your Meta account
4. Click Delete My Data
5. Confirm the request

Disconnecting will revoke our access immediately. Data deletion will be completed within 30 days.

Option B — Email request

Send an email to [email protected] with:

• Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
• Your full name
• The email address associated with your account
• Your Meta user ID (if known)

We will confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

Option C — Remove app access from Meta directly

1. Go to facebook.com/settings/?tab=business_tools
2. Find Tech Savvy Insurance Agents (or ArchiOS) in the list
3. Click Remove

This will revoke our token and stop future data access. To also delete previously collected data, please also submit a request via Option A or Option B above.

/ 03What happens after deletion.

• We will permanently delete your personal data from our active systems
• Backup copies will be removed within 90 days as part of routine backup rotation
• Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained for analytics
• We may retain limited information if required by law (e.g., financial records, regulatory compliance)

/ 04Confirmation.

Once deletion is complete, we will send a confirmation email to the address on file.
